On 1st January 2003, all work formerly carried out by Engineering Services Design Partnership was transferred to ENGINEERING SERVICES DESIGN PRACTICE LIMITED. The existing three equity Partners became equal shareholders and Directors of the newly incorporated company. All existing staff also transferred to the new company.
The incorporation of the Partnership in no way affects our ongoing close attention to current project work being carried out, or the allocation of Engineering Staff to projects. The Directors continue to be involved with active project work in addition to the management and organisation of the company.

Hevacomp Suite of environmental, mechanical and electrical analysis programmes to assist in the design of buildings and energy analysis.
Specialist's Calculation Software Includes lighting, cable data.
Barbour Index - Construction Expert Continually updated construction industry technical standards and product database, ensuring design to the latest standards and recommended codes of practice.
