Remodelling and refurbishment of the existing Radiology Department and part of the Oncology Department to provide 4No. CT Scanners, 2No. X-Ray suites, 1No. Interventional X-Ray room and an MRI Scanner suite. Ancillary areas including in-patient and out-patient waiting, utility rooms, toilets and stores were also provided.

The works included updated LV distribution to suit the new installation and new mechanical ventilation Air Handling Units and M&E services distribution throughout. ESDP undertook the full design including general lighting, small power, structured cabling, containment, nurse call, ventilation, heating, comfort cooling, domestic water services, medical gases and BMS control system, all in compliance with the current HTM and HBN Guidance.
