Worcester Bosch

Phase 2 is a new build extension providing 2200m² of additional space to house Specialist product testing and R&D workshops, 600m² of flexible open plan office space, seven meeting rooms, a breakout space, three data cab rooms, a large central plant room, two link bridges, communal areas, and toilets.

ESDP completed full design duties including:

Mechanical ventilation
Heating and cooling to the office spaces and meeting rooms
Chilled water
Audio visual facilities
CCTV system
Intruder alarm system
Fire alarm system
Door access control system
LED lighting with integrated energy saving presence detection and daylight dimming controls throughout

Other services included compressed air distribution, welding extract ventilation and overhead three phase busbar power distribution.
