Martin Commercial Properties

The project comprised the splitting of a 2 storey Chinese restaurant unit into 2 separate tenancies with a new separate entrance to the first floor office suite. The existing utilities were retained to serve the ground floor restaurant and new incoming mains services were provided to the first floor involving close liaison with two LNOs (Local Network Operators) to unravel the current arrangements and provide new services.

Full M&E services were provided to the first floor with low energy lighting, mechanical heat recovery ventilation, VRV heat recovery heating and cooling.
