West Heath Primary school was a new build school constructed with a steel frame and SIPS (Structural Insulated Panelling System). ESDP carried out a full stage 4 detailed design within REVIT and liaised with the main contractor during the construction period.

The building had gas fired boilers, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, BMS control system, low energy LED lighting, Fire alarm system to category L1, Intruder alarms, CCTV, Access control & Solar PV.
