The project involved providing Mechanical and Electrical design services to RIBA stage 4 with onsite monitoring and witnessing to completion.

The building is a production facility that includes offices, workshops, meeting areas, staff canteen, toilets and reception.

The building utilises gas fired boilers to provide heating with the heat emitters sized to enable Air Source Heat Pumps to be adopted in the future.

The main factory area is heated via overhead radiant panels.

Cooling & heating in the office areas is provided by VRF systems.
